All prices on this website are stated in euro, with VAT, and are valid for the day you visit the website or throughout the validity period (if mentioned). The prices do not include shipping costs. Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) guarantees the displayed prices as long as there are no printing errors in which Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) cannot be held responsible for. The prices as stated on the order confirmation are final, all taxes included for delivery in Belgium. The shipping cost is calculated immediately taking into consideration the goods ordered and the geographical location of the client. The shipping cost is considered accepted by the client with the confirmation of his/her order. The shipping cost is non-refundable. The secure payment of the client is done at the time he/she places the order and confirms it. The confirmed order will be considered final after the payment has been approved. An order not approved by the client's financial services company will be automatically cancelled and the client will be informed by e-mail. All payments are made in euro.

For all shipping outside of Belgium, the client will pay all taxes due for the importation of goods, custom duties, value added taxes, and all other taxes and duties in relation to the country where the goods will be received. Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) is not responsible for the payment of these taxes and duties and cannot be held accountable if the client doesn’t settle them. It is the client’s duty to inform himself/herself of his local authorities about the possibilities and responsibilities for the importing of goods he/she wishes to order.

Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) holds the right to change his prices at any given moment. The goods are invoiced at the price at the time of the confirmation of the order, pending verification of availability.

The product and price offers are valid if mentioned on the website, pending verification of availability. For all goods not available in our stock, the order remains valid pending the verification of availability with our suppliers. When the goods are unavailable, after confirmation of the order, Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) will inform the client as soon as possible by e-mail. Only the shipped goods will be invoiced. In the event Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) has to refund a client (for items ordered but not received and for non invoiced goods), this refund will be applied to the client's bank account within 30 days after receipt of the payment from the client.

Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) holds the right to refuse an order if there are legal issues between the client and Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC); when the goods aren’t available within a reasonable period, when the client seems insolvent or when events occur that make the delivery of the goods impossible. Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) holds the right to contact the client to verify the authenticity and accuracy of the order.

Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) cannot be held responsible for delays of the delivery or the non delivery of parts, or the whole, of the ordered goods.

Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC)'s clients have the option of returning the ordered goods with a minimum fee of 15% of the returned goods. For a refund, the goods have to be returned in their original state with all delivered goods (accessories, packing, manual, etc.) un-opened and unused. The transportation cost for the return of the goods is always at the expense of the client. Returns and refund requests, concerning the validity of the order or the state of the goods, are only allowed within 48 hours after delivery of the goods. After this period, the transaction will be considered complete and returns will no longer be accepted. All refund requests for the goods or the invoices have to be made by registered mail to the following address: Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC), 100 N Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, FL 33132, USA. The transportation cost of the goods is always at the expense of the client unless the possibility of it being the responsibility of Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) is at hand. Returns made by C.O.D. are always refused, regardless the reason. All legal issues are the exclusive responsibility of the Courts.

After confirmation of the order, Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) will deliver the available ordered goods as soon as possible to its shipping agent. Delays on delivery is not a valid reason for the client to claim costs or interests. The goods are always shipped to the client's address and therefore his/her responsibility. It is the client's responsibility to verify the goods on delivery. The client may claim shortcomings of the goods within 48 hours after delivery of the goods according to the rules described above. The client must verify the condition of the goods and must read the manual. In case of shortcomings, the client has a right of return as described above. The invoice is also proof of the guarantee. The guarantee is limited to the person assigned by the maker of the goods.

Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) will provide more information to the client, at his/her request, on the goods on this website if possible. The pictures of the goods are mostly representative of the described goods. In the event the pictures do not represent the described goods, or the goods are altered by the producer, Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) will not be held liable. The pictures are not part of the sales contract.

All information requested on this website is collected for the well-handling of your order, delivery of the goods and correct invoicing of your purchase. When the information is not submitted, your order cannot be completed. The information submitted by the client is part of the sales contract. In case of errors in the information submitted by the client, it is not the responsibility of Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) if there are delivery problems. The client always has the possibility to view the information we collect and to alter it. The client can do so via the client-information section of this website. Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) will not give this information to third parties nor sell it. Famous-Item (Clever-Net LLC) can use the information for its own commercial or promotional actions.
